Dubai: Next business day for orders placed by 3:30 PM

Abu Dhabi: Next business day for orders placed by 3:30 PM

Weekend: Saturday & Sunday

If you place an order over the weekend, it will be delivered on Monday. We appreciate your support — it helps us support a healthy work-life balance for our team.

Delivery Charges

  • Free Delivery within Dubai & Abu Dhabi city limits
  • Other Emirates may incur a delivery charge via courier
  • International orders may incur additional shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes
  • International orders ship within 96 hours

Note: We do not ship to OFAC or sanctioned countries. Orders may arrive in multiple shipments and may reflect multiple charges on your card statement.

🔁 Refunds, Returns & Replacements

We accept returns for stationery items (excluding special quote-based or custom orders) within the UAE.

Return Conditions

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging
  • Wrong or damaged items are eligible for refund or replacement

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items: quote-based orders, custom items, toners, ink, equipment, and international orders.

🛒 Ordering

To place an order, register on our website and order online. For bulk or quote-based orders, please contact our customer service team.

❌ Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Contact us as soon as possible at info@alfaizanstationery.com.

Refunds may take up to 45 days to process.

  • Prices may change without notice
  • We accept secure debit/credit card payments
  • Cardholders must retain transaction records and policy terms
